I built an altar in the field that day and put myself on it. I don’t know if I understood how pivotal that moment would be when I turned aside from everything screaming for my attention. Jesus did though, and He was waiting for me. I didn’t ask Him for anything that day, except to keep me. I gave myself to Him. Again.
You can be new again.
I choose You Jesus when the way is clear… I choose You when the storm rages on… keep my mind stayed on You… I choose You… when the blessings flow…. when the obstacles loom and I’m not sure which way to go… when everyone walks away… Because at the end of the day, it’s all about You, Jesus.
